I'm the Founder and CEO of Aspire For Her, a gender-diversity social enterprise focused on increasing women's participation in the workforce.
I launched Aspire For Her in March 2020 after a long banking career. Since then, I've become a public voice on women's economic empowerment, inclusion, and career access.
My work is built around widening career opportunities for women, including the goal of adding 10 million women to the workforce.
